Refund Policy

We stand behind every pack of Fjold Smoothing Strips. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery — even on opened packs, so you can actually try them.

1. Email us at getjore@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund issued within 7 business days of us receiving the return, back to your original payment method.

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• You're not satisfied with the product within 30 days of delivery
• The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Your order was lost in transit and cannot be located
• You cancel your order before it has shipped

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships by emailing getjore@gmail.com. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can still return it under our 30-day guarantee.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no return needed in most cases.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it. If it can't be recovered, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different pack size, please return your original order under this policy and place a new order for the size you want.

For more details about your consumer rights, please see our Terms of Service. Statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected by this policy.
