We ship Fjold products worldwide. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs.

By purchasing from FJOLD, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Fjold Smoothing Strips are a cosmetic skin-tape product intended for external personal use only. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

ASE Digital assumes no responsibility for:

• Allergic or skin reactions — always perform a patch test before first use
• Misuse of the product or use against the instructions provided
• Results that differ from individual expectations
• Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products

You are responsible for reading the included instructions and discontinuing use if any irritation occurs.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but colors, packaging, and minor specifications may vary slightly. We reserve the right to discontinue or adjust our offerings at any time.

All content on this site — including text, images, product photography, logos, and the FJOLD name — is owned by ASE Digital or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of this content commercially without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute
• This does not limit liability for death, injury, or fraud where such limitations are not legally permitted

FJOLD guarantees its products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. This warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper application, or failure to follow instructions
• Normal wear of an opened, used product
• Use outside the intended purpose
